Susan

Going into labour at a sale yard after a confusing journey on a truck would be a terrifying experience, but that is exactly what Susan’s Mum endured. After entering the world greeted by the loud, chaotic and hectic crowd, Susan ultimately found herself newborn alone after her Mother was purchased and whisked off in another truck, unable to even clean or feed her new baby.

Susan was spotted by someone who noticed her plight, she was scooped up, taken home and lovingly cared for alongside 2 Piggy siblings. As Susan grew, her pig pals became a little too rough and Sanctuary was sort so she could live amongst a flock of fellow Sheep. Susan became the second Sheep to call Shear Existence home and Snowy’s new friend. Both Sheep had never met someone of their own species before so it was an interesting and comical introduction. Susan remains the kookiest of the crew. We are certain she loves to see how weird she can be before people question if she is ok. There is no limit to the amount of scratches and pats she is willing to endure and we are willing to give.

Susan happily lives as the lovingly accepted odd ball of the main Sheep flock.
